3 Ways To a Breakfast Toast

No, this is not your beloved avocado toast. It’s time to change it up. At least for the days when you don’t have Avocado. You can quickly makes these before you run out the door in the morning for breakfast or as a snack. This recipe makes for nutritious meal that will give you the energy to tackle things that morning!

Toast

Preparation:

Prep time: 10-20 min

I used sourdough bread. You may choose to use any bread of your liking. For all three I spread vegan butter and toasted till golden brown.

Vegan Smoked Salmon

Vegan Smoked Salmon (frozen from Sprouts)

Baby tomatoes chopped in half and toasted

Vegan Brie warmed on top of the bread as the other side of the brea toasts (vegan cream cheese will make it just as tasty)

Chopped spinach to sprinkle

Balsamic to drizzle on top

Mediterranean 

In a food processor add:

1 cup garbanzo beans 

1/2 chopped onion

1 tbsp zatar 

1 tsp salt 

Chop in a food processor

Add Vegan brie (hummus will make it just as tasty) to the toast then add mixture

Top with chopped cucumber and olives

Drizzle Tahini and lemon

Banana Blueberry 

Almond Butter 

Banana

Blueberries 

For extra sweet drizzle with maple Syrup 

Top with Hemp seeds
