Formula 

  1. Bring the water to a boil 
  2. Add to oatmeal 
  3. Add the fruit 
  4. Add Pumpkin seeds 
  5. Sprinkle Cinnamon & Agave 

Ingredientes 

1/2 Cup Oatmeal

1/3 Cup Water

1/3 Cup Almond milk

4 Figs cut in halves 

1/4 Cup Apples chopped 

1/3 Cup Blueberries

1/4 Cup Gogi berries

1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds

Sprinkled Cinnamon & Agave

Enjoy

You can leave it overnight as overnight oats
