Green Tropical Juice
Starting the day off with a beautiful nutritious smoothie in the morning will rapidly improve your skin condition, cleanses the blood, aids digestion, helps rid of bad breath, and improves your energy.
This smoothie might come on to you as bitter sweet. If you need more sweetness in your life, add more pineapple or a juicy orange.

- 1 Kale leaf
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup pineapple
- 5 Slices of cucumber
- ( substitute with celery or just add it)
- 2 Limes
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 inch turmeric
- 2 mint leaves
