Before The Gym Morning Routine

Ready For a Fantastic Gym Sesh! p.s. this guy has a blog check it out!

Gym Morning Routine + Post Gym

We typically wake up at least 30 min before heading to the gym because we’re a little slow to get up especially  during winter! My morning routine is all about feeling my best for a great work out. I know that if i feel and look good I will feel better when working out.

Gel Eye Pads + Get Ready

I don’t want to take these eye bags to the gym so to look a little bit more rested I leave these gel eye pads on my eyes for 10-15 min while I drink my lemon water and get ready with my OOTD.

Lemon Water

I’m sure you’ve heard about the lemon water craze. I personally really like to do it. I Find it to be detoxifying and refreshing. I don’t do ever single morning but I do it more often than not. I like to keep my morning different every so often so i don’t get use to the same thing all the time.

  • lemon
  • warm water

Pre-workout + Creatine

Now You don’t necessarily need pre-work out to workout. It’s a personal choice. I also don’t take this every morning. If it’s leg day or i’m feeling tired then I will definitely have some.

My all time favorite pre-workout is by Alaninu.

Creatine is by MRM. Our bodies already create this but I like to take it as a boost to reach my fit bofy goals.

All the vitamins and supplements that I like to take are right there to your right.

Most we get at Whole foods, Sprouts or online.

Brush Hair

Soo I am one of those girls that like to leave their hair down at the gym. Except for when i’m doing certain workouts but for the most part it’s down. I dont why i’m like this.

However, I make sure to brush my hair before heading out cause I don’t want to look like I just woke up.

Foam Roll + Strech

Foam rolling and stretching is one of the best things you can do for your body.

Foam Rolling helps to loosen the muscles and it goes over any stress knots this can help you be more flexible and to breathe better.

Stretching is also amazing for the body for better movements and un-tighten those muscles.

Quick tip:

If you’re not going to wash your hair, dry shampoo will be your best friend!
