What To Pack In Your Beach Bag

Beach Bag Essentials

I am a beach person to my core. I grew up near the water where my family would spend entire days. In my early 20s living in California was the best life ever. Playing volley ball with friends, biking down the marina, driving up and down the PCH and working and living 10 min from the beach was the life for me. I may live in the mountains now but near the water is my preference.

Fortunately (or rather strategically) I married a beach human, so it was inevitable that we would live life traveling to the beaches.

Throughout the years, I have perfected how we pack for a day (or day) at the beach. Here’s what we love to pack our beach bag with!

When it comes to packing food, I avoid disposable bags and wraps at the beach because of the high likelihood of them blowing away, food getting soggy and it can be messy. Instead, I like reusable stainless steal containers or ceramic containers. As much as I like buying the snack like chips and cookies. We often pack whatever fits our macros that way we don’t just indulge in junk food.

I pack 4 individual containers of cut-up fruit and veggies with humus instead of one bigger one so that there’s less likelihood of the whole batch getting sandy.

Containers We Love

Tent In Style At The Beach

The tent provides more shade than an umbrella and is less likely to blow away. Because it’s open at the bottom and sides, the breeze can still pass through.

Don’t get me wrong, sitting on the beach towel or even on the sand is great but there are times where having a chair is convenient. Here are a few chairs that are too cute not to have!

Whether you’re heading out for a day at the beach, a picnic in the park or a BBQ in your backyard, enjoying an ice-cold beverage on a hot day is an absolute must. These coolers will keep your drink and foods crisp from sunrise to sun down.

A Big Sun Hat

Leave-on cream to smooth frizzy, unruly or wavy hair. The formula moisturizes in an invisible way without weighing it down. The hair is soft, easy to comb and shiny.

♥ Obtained with 100% clean energy. Zero impact, essential and recyclable packaging.

The Minuta olive extract in LOVE/smoothing is harvested from the farm of Mr. Carmelo Messina in Ficarra, Messina, Italy as a part of Slow Food Presidium. Minuta olive extract is abundant in fatty acids and Vitamin E, which are extremely nourishing, softening and moisturizing.

If you’re reading this, you are officially banned from taking your shower towel to the beach ever again. It’s time to take your beach game to a whole other level with our big and bold towel.

I no I always like to wear a swimsuit under my clothing unless I’m wearing a wrap around the swimwear or if I’m wearing a dress. However most of the time I will change at the beach and put it on the bikini there.
