Warm summer weekends on the bike to Papa Lennon’s for some garlic fries and Pizza with live music with friends are some of the. fondest memories I have here. Packing Tips & Tricks
Flights are more expensive during weekends because that is when the majority of people are free to travel. Try and fly between Tuesday-Thursday, if you can.
Midweek travel prices are lower as a premium is added to weekend flights and you’ll breeze through shorter lines at airport check-in desks and security. Fly economy too!
Keep in mind that Airlines ‘release’ their flight seats up to a year in advance and the closer you get to your departure date, the more the prices increase, especially during the last month.
Firstly, pack light. You won’t wear half the clothes you want to take, and it’ll only cost you more in baggage to bring more than you need.
So just be sure you bring the essentials so that you don’t have to shop while you’re away and you can make room for souvenirs.
No matter where you’re heading, take at least one pair of long jeans, a warm hoodie, and a waterproof jacket for unpredictable weather incidents.
Have a great holiday!
